Shepard Smith reported from the Natchez Bluff today on FOX News from
2-3 and 6-7. I watched the 2pm report on tv and decided to drop in on
the 6pm report with Jane. I was hesitant to stroke his ego after my
neighbor said he was a rude to the viewers at the 2pm report, but I
figured he was less than half a mile from my house so we went to take
pictures and left.
Jane saying, "Who does this guy think he is and why is he on my bluff?"
Here are a few shots of the river as the sun was going down. It is
hard to see the difference if you don't look at this view every day,
but it is amazing! And is going to rise 3 more feet!

The bluff is crowded with people wanting to see the Mighty Mississippi
and several trailers with policemen and reporters. There were 3
helicopters on the bluff this morning and Jane was able to see one of
the them take off.
The Under the Hill view from Silver Street. The road is closed and they are building a wall to protect the businesses.
